Critical Foundation Works and Groundwater Protection
The project required complex foundation works close to neighbouring buildings, including critical underpinning (reprise en sous-œuvre) to keep nearby structures safe. We also built a fully waterproof concrete basement structure (cuve étanche) to stop groundwater pressure. JD Capa managed all specialised teams under a strict 12-month programme, moving from heavy concrete works to custom interior joinery and outdoor landscaping without any delays.
