Preparation & planning.
Each site is organised around its nature and constraints: materials, supply lead times, people and the order of interventions, in a planning consistent with the project’s goals.
Subcontractor coordination.
JD Capa organises the companies working on its sites, so trades that follow or overlap fit together and technical interfaces cause fewer difficulties.
Execution follow-up.
We follow progress and technical points through the works; difficulties are discussed with those concerned to define the adjustments or corrections needed.
Completion of works.
Last interventions, final checks, reservations within our perimeter and adjustments prepare reception in the best conditions.
