One contact

One point of contact for you, the engineers and the companies — structural questions are answered through a single channel.

Prepare & plan

Materials, lead times, labour and sequence for earthworks, foundations, masonry and concrete are planned before work starts.

Coordinate & follow

Roof, façade and structural companies are articulated so trades follow or overlap without clashing; difficulties are resolved with the parties concerned.

Complete & hand on

Final checks and reservations within our scope are handled, and the closed building passes to installations and finishes on a coherent programme.

Plan the shell of your project

Share plans or a site description — we outline how earthworks, structure and envelope would be sequenced.

The challenge is that shell and envelope are what every later trade depends on — a missed interface at foundation, frame or roof surfaces months later in finishes, comfort and cost.

The shell is not a phase to get through — it is the base every other trade stands on.

Earthworks, foundations, masonry, concrete, roofing and façades are sequenced and articulated so that trades follow one another — or overlap — without clashing at the interfaces. We bring in the skills each site’s characteristics call for, and plan materials and lead times beforehand.

Through the works we follow progress and structural points closely. When something on site calls for an adjustment, we settle it with the parties involved, so the programme moves with the real site instead of against it.

You get a structure and outer envelope built for the building you want — ready to receive technical installations and finishes without rework.

The shell reaches the following trades on a coherent programme, which keeps the whole building on course towards completion.

What this service delivers in practice:

1

Contractor for shell and envelope

6

Work lines coordinated, earthworks to façades

1

Sequence from groundwork to closed envelope

2

Complementary partner companies

Earthworks, foundations, masonry, concrete and the structural works a building needs, plus roofing, façades and the outer envelope.

JD Capa mobilises the companies and skills best suited to each site and coordinates them. That coordination, from preparation to follow-up, is our core role as general contractor.

Yes. Structural works are part of both new construction and the transformation of existing buildings.

Yes. Interiors and finishes sit in the same programme, so the shell passes to the next trades without a new contractor chain.
