Retail Unit Renovation
Retail Unit Renovation is a JD Capa delivery focused on structural clarity, programme enforcement, and Luxembourg regulatory handover — engineering first, finishes only after the shell is honest.
The challenge was to hold structure, waterproofing, and follow-on trades on one timeline — so the asset never carried parallel risks between engineering intent and site reality.
Every pour, inspection, and interface had to point to the same completion logic.
We sequenced foundations, formwork, and early MEP shafts against a validated programme, logging pours and inspections so engineering sign-off stayed attached to the work as built.
Interfaces with envelope and interiors were detailed early — movement joints, waterproofing, and temporary works treated as part of the structural package, not late surprises.

The client received a structure and delivery dossier ready for bureau review, insurance, and operator take-over — with one accountable contractor behind the critical path.
The result is a building that holds load, holds water where required, and holds schedule commitments without fragmented vendor ownership.
